Made from durable neoprene fabric with nice thick straps which don't dig into your shoulder (pet peeve!) so it's super comfortable to carry over the shoulder or in the nook of your arm with the shorter straps. I love this bag! It is a great size for lugging around my 2 daughters drinks, food, nappies & extra clothes plus my essentials - phone, keys & wallet that fit perfectly in the two side pockets. Whether it is full or not it is comfortable on my shoulder & the two size straps are great for holding it either on my shoulder or on my forearm. The little extra pouch is great for putting my daughters yoghurt & a spoon in for a quick retrieval snack. A great bag for a mum on the go
